Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail from 1709 Solano Ave, Berkeley, CA 94707. It typically takes us 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

We make every effort to get your chocolate to you in good condition. We wrap your chocolates in insulated packaging and store them cold over night if temperatures over 75 degrees are expected in transit. If a heat wave is coming, we ship frozen. We can’t control what happens on the other end of the delivery, so please plan to receive the package and bring it inside to a cool place (below 70 degrees F). The last thing we want is for your chocolates to sit on a hot porch all day. We may request signature confirmation during warm weather months to avoid that issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. 

Returns

Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please send a photo and description of the issue to contact@thexocolatebar.com if there is a problem with your order.
